Review:
What can I say? Miyazaki does it again.  Truth be told this is not my favorite Miyazaki movie, but it's very good none the less.  Both Japanese and Disney English casts handle this superbly.   However this movie is over two hours, granted nothing seems to drag on, it's just long.
For anyone, like me, who has only seen it on fansub.  I highly suggest picking up the DVD.  It's like seeing the movie again for the first time.  The story and charaters in this movie are as always in a Miyazaki movie top notch and will not disappoint.  This one is not a tear jerker, but a spare tissue or two might not hurt.
This movie for me is really hard to review because it simply has to be seen.  Laputa is one of Miyazaki's older films nearly twenty years old, it certainly doesn't show it's age, you might say it has gotten better with age.  A film not to be missed.
