Enter Tita, 17 year old captain of the CHA-CHA-MARU. Together with her crew, Tita specializes in capturing Yietta's life forms for inter-galactive pet shops, but through plain bad luck she finds herself instead at the core of a sinister plot to take over Yietta. By rescuing 16 year old Elysse from a group of military plotters, Tita puts the lives of herself and her crew in mortal peril...but a girl's got to do what a girl's got to do!
As the plotters mobilize their forces in a desperate bid to retrieve Elysse, who they believe possesses a vital computer code, Tita must play a lethal game of tag with ruthless teams of mercenary assassins! It's Cat and Mouse on a planet-wide scale with one crucial difference: Mice don't shoot back, but Tita does.
Review:
@_@  How do I explain this.
Overall story and the characters are very good.  Tita is a real cool character.  However, in this world they have flying ships, underwater battleships, and other great sciences has yet have to invent bathing suits or BRAS.  There is this one scene where Tita and Elise are in this bath.  Remember the bath scenes in Tenchi Muyo, take that to a factor of seventy times that.  The focus on their chests and it is very graphic, and we see Tita topless several times, even in the hospital. That's not right.
Despite that it is not all bad,  if you were to take out the bath and hospital scenes It'd be very good.  Guizel (the main villian) looks like he's  wearing a shower curtain.  Note if you see the DVD version they added a joke called a jiggle counter...I saw the tape so haven't seen it myself, but I hear it makes it funnier.
