During Tokugawa Ieyasu’s epic battle of Sekigahara, two samurai face off outside of history. In the heart of the duel between Kyoshiro and Demon Eyes Kyo, a shooting star slams into the plains, shattering the ground and engulfing them both. Four years later, the bounty hunter Yura finds the good natured Kyoshiro, now a traveling medicine man.
Hidden deep inside Kyoshiro is the soul of his old opponent, the merciless samurai Kyo. When Yura and Kyoshiro are thrown into battle, the medicine man's friendly personality will recede, and the whole world will learn why Kyo is called a demon!
Review:
Granted I've seen only one episode on a promo disk, so this review should be taken with a grain of salt.  The show looks rather interesting, sadly we don't get to know the characters yet.  The plot is a kinda like  Kenshin with Jekyl/Hyde thing going on.  This series has monsters so it doesn't seem to be all human vs. human fighting.
Some of the jokes weren't bad, a few were awfully crude.  Given a change to see more of this I would take the chance, or if I see it on sale real cheap I might pick it up.  Who knows, but I wouldn't hold my breath, I can think of some more anime I'd rather seem more of.
So overall it a very neutral rating,  because you can't really read a show by one episode.  The dubbing is good.
