I believe this was the
most difficult project I had done. The project was to make a cookie
jar, and I set out to do that. I was a big Earthbound fan at the
time and decided to make a Ness cookie jar.
Whatever Nintendo used
to make this clay figure must have been stronger than the clay I was using
from the start I had to lengthen the parts to keep it from falling over
and make the neck thicker also. I originally had planned a backpack,
with a few items hanging out, but it would have made it too back
heavy.
The had had to be put
to the from to keep it balanced, and the hands were rushed. The cookies
are supposed to be stored in the stomach and the head, sadly it doesn't
hold too much.
However, I am still proud
of it and all the time I took to make this. Not to mention it is
very heavy, sadly some of the paint has chipped over the years.
Sadly, a few months after
this page was made. I was working on mounting a surge protector behind
the shelves that this was atop of. I turned and knocked it
over. Sadly this time it as in too many pieces to be salvageable.
So it had to be thrown out.
Also sadly, all of the
pictures were done with my crappy camera and none of the pictures did it
